nice tree! I love that it's re-purposed!

The sky in the beach picture is really cool. Is it paper?

I am strangely in love with the burlap texture O.o It's like---art all on it's own  Cheesy And I absolutely love that you made the piece so simple Robin! That one monogram really stands out against the cream (LOVE THAT!) How did you get the lines so precise? I would imagine with such a textural fabric that the sharpie would have gone everywhere!  Roll Eyes

surprisingly, the sharpie was easy to color with on burlap.  Just made the monogram with a thin line at first and then went back over it several times to "Thicken" it up.  Of course, this was "art #2".  #1 was a no-go according to DD; she approved of this one.  Grin
