I hope it's OK I made too much. I went over the galleries of past swaps and I saw so many great items, it inspired me. I was working on projects everywhere in the house and didn't realize, until the packing stage, how much stuff I made. Also, being fairly new to swapping, I didn't want to disappoint her. Anyway, I really enjoyed the opportunity to imagine, design and create.

I would never have thought of sewing voodoo dolls if my partner hadn't suggested it. Once the dolls were sewn, the best part came: finding or creating all kinds of decorations to sew on them.
The umbrella was a last minute idea. I was mulling other what could make her mom happy, and that she would not already own. I had just bought a set of two umbrellas for our family. So, I decided to paint one like a silhouette but in reverse. Working on one panel at a time made the painting part very enjoyable.

Thank you! I love the time when it looks like I am doing nothing but my head is in ebullition, and then drawing it. Actually creating is great too and relaxing in its own way( as long as it works).
