I found something really cool at Goodwill on Fri.  I really wasn't expecting to find it.  I'm hoping to get to work on it this week.  I also found some other things I was looking for, for my grandma's room at her nursing home.  My husband bought some HUGE filing cabinets for me, from his work's inventory clearance sale.  They are my Christmas present.  So, long story short, my craft room was turned upside down, whilst I clear out bins, fill filing cabinets, and put my craft room back in order.  Then, maybe, I will be able to sit down and finish what I found.

I just finished my last item.  I will seal it this weekend, and send next week.  I kind of want to keep it for myself.  But, my husband walked in and said it was creepy and freaky.  So, i guess that means I don't get to keep it.

burstofpanties, I used to LOVE shopping at Goodwill.  There is a store not very far away from me.  But, the down side is, my ex mother-in-law lives down the street from it, and I would see her from time to time.  We are not on speaking terms.  Plus, they went up on their prices.  They think everything they have is gold.  Even the junky stuff.  Still, it was fun shopping in there the other day.  I was able to tolerate the screaming, crying child and found what I was looking for at good prices.  There is a nice, big, clean, new store opening down the street from my grandma's nursing home.  It's in a good area.  They should get some good stuff.  I'm looking forward to it opening soon.  I plan on stopping by after my visits w/my grandma.

Whee! Everyone sounds like they're doing great! I made a trip to Hobby Lobby and got some supplies, finally. I wish they had the wool felt in the little sheets though...
