This is so wonderful--I actually made one for my husband for Christmas following your directions. Smiley  He loves it.  I also added a light-sensitive chip that plays Harry Belafonte's "Banana Boat (Day-O)" song whenever you open the lid (from a programmable chip I bought online).  Thank you so much - this rocks!!!
