Made with 637 granny squares. Took about 9 weeks to construct and assemble on and off. Even the hubby helped with the weaving in of the yarn tails!

Here is a time lapse video that we did:

You should make the rainbow longer. It'll look nicer Smiley

My husband is Nyan Cat-obsessed and this has inspired me to at least work on a scarf for him. This must have been quite the endeavor! It looks fabulous!

I love it, what a great idea for a pixel blanket that uses rainbow colors. I'm very tempted to make one too. I'm just a bit afraid I'd have the nyan cat song stuck in my head forever if I saw that blanket every day. Wink

It is perfect! As a crocheter I have to commend your dedication! I wouldn't have the patience to sew that many squares together. I am finishing the border on a blanket that I made for my Grandma and sewing together 12 large squares was bad enough, lol.

Oh my stars!  I get tired of weaving the ends in, just looking at this. Fabulous.

This is amazing and I LOVE the time lapse video! It was really neat to see the progress step by step, not to mention seeing how huge it is. Great job!

Hubby helped weave the ends in while I was making the squares, so it made the process a lot quicker!
