I'm one of the ones that use them as ornaments. Love 'em! My very first swap was a dotee swap, I became completely, totally, hopelessly addicted to both swaps and dotees.

I've been rummaging in my piles of fabric and bits & pieces today and came across somethings I had forgotten all about that might prove useful in this swap

Wow, these swaps usually fill up pretty fast, I'm surprised! Maybe it's the holiday months, with everyone making gifts and decorations? Anyway, I sent in my questionnaire just now and I'll be looking forward to the swap. I took a break from swapping and posting for a while because I was dealing with some real-life stuff, but I'm excited to be able to come back and join this one--glad to see some newbies as well as the regulars. These dotee swaps are my favorite!

I'm glad you're back, Spiffy. And we're up to 8 swappers. I'd like a few more but this is a good number.
I'm excited to go stash-shopping and see what I have to use. It is my goal in these swaps to only spend money on postage!

I like smaller swaps. Don't get me wrong, big swaps are fun, but I feel like I get to know people better in smaller swaps.

Maybe it's Halloween.... everyone's busy crafting for that. And midterms. Thank goodness that was over. You could extend your sign-up to Friday...? lol!

I'm in the "Never made a Dotee" camp, but timing was off for the craft doll swap so here goes nothing. BTW, last swap (Covert Abandoner's) I successfully only used stash, made 6 dolls, and spent only on postage, so it IS possible, and I'm fixin' to do it again! Yeehaw! More dolls!
