This summer I got a Blythe doll, mainly because I wanted to make stuff for her. I recently had my first chance to make an outfit for someone else's Blythe, as an extra in a swap, and here it is, modeled by my doll Bonnie:
I used a pattern from
Puchi Collective
for the t-shirt, and a super-simple skirt pattern from
miseducated
. The skirt is made from wool felt, and I added the embroidery, and appliqued houses and landscape to make it more special.
I can think of dozens of other designs for the skirt...right now I'm thinking jack-o-lanterns...I definitely love this outfit and my doll NEEDS several of her own!
