From the moment I saw this fabric I knew it was supposed to be a skirt! MY skirt (^_^)  I made it the simple (read as "lazy") way: wrapped around me 1.5x to measure, sewed it selvage to selvage, made a casing for my 3/4 elastic, insert, and done!!  It only took about an hour and a half, start to finish (not counting the numerous disagreements with my bobbin thread).  Yay!!
