I absolutely love carbonara!  I always assumed it was just alfredo, peas and bacon, but it it so much better than that!  It has a egg sauce that is simply wonderful.

Folks say you can't have leftover carbonara, but I just nuke it and eat it "scrambled". It's still DARNED TASTY!
