Most of my projects are Lindsay Henricks' Uncle Argle Scarves from Son of Stitch and Bitch. I like them because they are simple, two-color reversible scarves. They are warm and stylish!

I took the basic double knit idea and created different designs for friends and family. I haven't posted enough to upload images, but here are some links! I'm working on scanning in my patterns. They're kind of fun, so I thought I'd share.

A dinosaur stomping on a traditional snowflake

A whale fighting a squid

A shark with some fishes

These are terrific! I've never really liked the fair isle snowflake...but this one really works for me.

The snowflake was actually really difficult; that was my first time double knitting. I found that blocky, easy to see shapes (like the whale) were much easier to do than trying to remember where you are in the pattern on two snowflakes at once.
