Here's my latest bag.  Made for my mom to give as a baby shower gift, it's a diaper bag with a removable clutch.
Front - zipper pocket and removable clutch.

Back- zipper pocket and large pocket with magnetic clasp
Side - zipper pocket and large gusset pocket

Clutch -  this basics of the clutch were made using a tutorial right here on craftster.. The fasted lined bag.  I love this technique, so handy..

Clutch detached.

Inside was a zippered divider and several open pockets.

Top has has zippered "unrecessed" closure with a tail so it opens wide

This was based on my own pattern I drew up.  A LOT of work. The vinyl trimming made it a bit more of a challenge specially sewing the straps and then putting the lining an exterior together.. I was holding my breath at that point praying I didn't mess it up!  But it worked out.. phew!

I like this very much. The removeable clutch is a great touch.  Well done with the plastic lining.  I can sympathise as I tried something similar a few years ago.

This is awesome.  It looks really well constructed and I love the fabrics - the recipient is a very lucky lady!

I used a fabric strip, interfaced with loops one both ends..on loop had the 0 ring for the bag handles.  The other loop had a dring.  The clutch had clasps atached at the back that clipped onto the drings.

Woooowwww! This is totally amazing. I can tell this took you a while. I would love to reach this level of skill someday. How long have you been making purses/bags?

Sorry for the late reply!  Yes it took me a while to make the exterior due to the pockets.. lining wasn't too bad.  I've been sewing for about 3 years, started off with simple pouches and slowly moved into more complicated thngs..

Thanks for your comments!
