After making a lap size quilt and a doll quilt from a jelly roll, I had enough leftover fabric to make a baby quilt.  I had no one in mind when I made this quilt, but I'm sure there will be a new baby girl in the near future to claim this quilt.  I added the rickrack to the edge to give it a little character.  Each line of the quilt is hand quilted.  It came out of the wash nice and crinkly.

Pretty!  At first glance, I thought your title was "An Unwelcome Baby Quilt" - I did a double-take and realized my mistake!  I am sure someone will claim it (and welcome it!) at some point!   Cheesy

I love the rickrack addition. The hand quilting is amazing; really a beautiful quilt!
