I'm so happy we had the extension - under normal circumstances I would have been able to send out on time, but I haven't been able to get up in 3 days, and the two before that were bad.  Poor Faox has been bored out of his mind watching tons of HGTV while I wallowed in self-pity and fever.

Don't worry, I will be LIBERALLY spraying the box with Lysol before I seal it up to send it back.  Hopefully I'm back on my feet - or at least, back to being able to even sit up - by this weekend, and I'll be able to send the middle of next week. If not, I'll be pushing the deadline but I WILL get it sent in time.  :/

Well Aurora and I had our last hoorah yesterday and visited the botanic gardens,  big Banana and Coffs Harbour Jetty. Now I will finish off the goodies she is travelling with and send her home to her family

I was hoping to take advantage of the extension to add more fun stuff, but alas, there is no time!  Busy busy, but I'm hoping to get the package sent by next weekend!

Anuenue spent her last weekend here checking out some art and going to a show at the Kennedy Center!

There was a special exhibit at the Hirshhorn of Ai Weiwei:

I found a perfect box, so Anuenue is getting packed and ready to go next week!

Just getting a few last minute things together to send home with Deer. Will be sad to see her go. Even though this wasn't a traditional holiday season, and we didn't go as many places or do as many things I wanted to, we still have had a great time!
