Hello all!  I was so inspired by this:http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=374973.0  I made my own, "Roth the Hang Around Sloth!"   My sloth does not have velco on his feet.  But, he can wrap his really loooong legs around you, and loves to do so!  I had been searching and searching for the perfect fabric to make my own sloth.  Then, yesterday, I stopped at a garage sale and found a robe for only .25 cents!  I've been to this lady's garage sales many, many times before.  So she asked me what was I going to make out of it.  I told her a sloth.  She looked at me kind of funny, and then smiled to herself.  Immediately upon arriving home w/the robe, I began dismantling it, and making it into a sloth.  My poor little trash can in my studio/craft room is overflowing w/robe guts.  Smiley  I hope you enjoy him as much as I do!  I have just enough robe left to make a baby sloth.  I'm keeping Roth for myself, but, Roth's baby brother/sister will probably be finding a new home.

What a great yard sale find and a great way to repurpose a robe! I love him, especially the face. You did a great job!
