This is easy peasy and really tasty.

Ingredients
Strawberries
Balsamic vinegar
Granulated sugar
Optional:
Greek yogurt
Almonds

Steps

Hull and halve the strawberries.

In a bowl, combine strawberries with a sprinkle of granulated sugar and a splash of balsamic vinegar.  Gently stir.  Allow to macerate for at least one hour at room temperature.

Layer strawberries in a parfait glass with plain Greek yogurt (or sweeten, if you like) and top with chopped or sliced slightly toasted almonds.  Pour leftover balsamic and sugar mixture on top of parfait.

Put in your tummy. Smiley

Mmm, me, too!  Combined with the sugar, it brings out such a beautiful flavor from the strawberries.  My only regret is just making a single serving. Cheesy
