Topic: Realizing you made a mistake in an order AFTER it's shipped?  (Read 680 times)

I have no idea how I managed to do this, but I just realized that I made a mistake in a plushie I sent out to a customer yesterday. It was supposed to have a little tie on it, but I forgot to add that. In the overall scheme of things it's not that big of a mistake but I feel horrible about it, especially because it's already on its way to the person who bought it Embarrassed What should I do?

Can you make a tie separately and then ship it on? If not then the best course of action would be to contact your customer and discuss remedies. If it were me, I'd be impressed if I was contacted first over a mistake.

Thank you! I contacted the seller and offered to either send the missing piece out to them, or to refund the shipping costs so they can resend it back to me so I can fix it myself. I guess I'll just wait to see if they get back to me at all.
