Haunted Halloween Birdhouse

I've been wanting to make one of these for a while now, and figured the October Holiday OTT swap was a good opportunity! Since my partner already received and posted pics in the gallery, I figured I'd share it over here

I definitely plan on making more of these types of things - it was so fun to add all the little details! I actually had a request to make one for a girl I work with - she wants it extra spooky

One side features a vampire-themed cemetery scene...


The other side (my favorite!) features another cemetery scene, and a spooky old tree!


Here's the back; a little tame but I like the background paper. I used a silver glitter pen on the swirls to add a little sumthin'-sumthin'


Here's the top...the text reads: listen to the night broken and halting


And here's the front. I struggled with this because I really wanted to incorporate a creepy black bird, but all of them I had handy put it over the size limit for the swap. So, Mr. Skelly will have to do!
