well I did try to make candles out of old ones and somehow I caught a lot dust in my newly made one and it really looks bad so I don't want to keep it but I don't want to throw it away.

does someone know how I can remove the dust from it so I could try to make a new one without dust?

Melt it, allow the dust to settle out and pour off the top.

I have one candle that got a layer of dust on it and I had to burn it for a while and then pour off the melted wax and dust. It wasn't perfect, but it was better. Whenever I make container candles I like to have a lid for them because my house seems to attract dust - maybe it is because I am crafting and not cleaning!
