Yeah, I'm in the Finger Lakes region of New York, so it shouldn't be too bad... its been raining here all day, and a few power flickers...

Be safe everyone.  We are in TN, so just a little cold here, but I've been seeing pics of damage/flooding all over facebook already. :-(

Eeek, hope you guys all stay safe and i know you're all prepared for the worst  Wink Hopefully it won't be as bad as they say. I saw things already got downgraded from hurricane to tropical storm, still bad but not as bad.

Canada had a fatality last night. An elderly woman was walking down a street in Toronto and a sign came flying off a building...

The highest wind speed recorded in Toronto was 103 kph over night, which is about 64 mph. Thankfully, it seems the flooding will not be as bad as Hazel was in '54.

My Aunt Maria is the only one of my family who lives on the water, near Belleville, but she's a survivalist at heart and stocked up on everything. Up here in northern Ontario, we've had higher than average winds plus snow that turned to rain, just as predicted.

I wanted to send this week, and then I found something else I wanted to make for the package. I will be sending this weekend, though, for sure!

Hey guys! Going through my own disaster survival right now. It's been 7 days and I still don't have heat and power. I'm getting good ideas and crafting from the stuff I had before the hurricane hit. My phone is my only contact to the world right now. Hope everyone else has been safe and wish I get power right away!

Really hope everyone back east is staying safe. And it should go without saying but I just want to make sure you all know that if you're living in an area that's being effected by the hurricane, I don't want you worrying about keeping in touch on here or getting things sent on time or anything like that. Just make sure you guys do what you need to do to stay safe during all this crazyness.

Got a bunch of work done! The medium is almost done, and I've started on the large. I'm having lots of fun making goodies for Undersea Cheesy
