Hi there!  Are you sick of me yet?  lol!  Here are the ATCs that I made for August 2012's Ongoing ATC Swap!

Snape's Patronus and Octobunny!

Bazinga!  Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory.

Mosquito!  Bleck!!!  Gives me the heebie jeebies!  But, it was one of my partner's themes and I was just feeling crazy enough to claim it!

Apparently it was a very watercolory month!  hehe

Thanks for looking!

I love the softness of the patronis. Very pretty and dreamy.
but I feel bad for that poor bunny! Maybe he can style those tentacles into a suave little handlebar mustache and find himself a nice bunny to spend his life with one day.

Lol, gozer!  He's not a bad bunny, he's quite gentle and sweet . . . and a little sticky and slick.  ^_^  Hubby wanted to call him Cthulhubunny.  ^_^

love all of them!  what's the technique on the Sheldon card?

I first put down a layer of watercolor, in this case blue.  Wait for it to dry (or in my case I grab the heat gun and blast it dry real quick).  Then I use masking fluid to mask the areas to keep blue, in this case Sheldon's face.  I found a vectored picture of him, scaled it down and printed it off, put it on my light box and then put my ATC base ontop and then applied the masking fluid.  Wait for the fluid to dry (sadly, you can't use the heat gun in this instance.  It will make it bubble.  Sad day!).  Then apply more watercolors, or even distressing ink!  Then peel off your masking fluid very carefully.  It always seems to tear at least a little bit on me when I already have a layer of watercolors underneath.  So beware!  The best way to discourage this is to not do huge areas of masking fluid.
