Halloween is my favorite holiday of the year and I couldn't wait to try and make some super cute Halloween hats for my daughter and to feature on my site. I came up with a couple ideas that I thought would work out well and went with them. I love how all of them came out! I tried some beanies for a change. I normally make mostly earflap hats, but earflaps aren't really necessary since it is still a little warm out (at least here in Arizona). The ones on the very top are of the Purrrfectly Ghastly Kitty Cat Hat. My daughter is in love with kitties ever since we got her one about a month ago, so I had to make her one. Down below is my Here's Johhny aka Jack Torrance O' Lantern Beanie. I wanted the face to be a little scary but not too bad. I will probably make others that feature both more and less scary faces.

This last one is my Frankie's Lil' Monster Earflap Hat. I decided to make this one an earflap hat so the little spokes that needed to come out of the monster's neck would actually appear to be around the neck area, rather than the top of the head.  That is all I have for now, but I am still coming up with ideas and making a few more things. Let me know what you guys think, enjoy!

Aaaaah, the Frankie hat, I must have it! *swoon* They're all adorable of course, but the ear flaps speak to me.  Grin

That's it, I'm going to go find my crochet hook NOW.
