Us kids always worrried so about Christmas.  Mom never bought any gifts until the weekend before Christmas, nor put up the tree much before, and as for leaving cookies for Santa...dad would always tease us and eat them up before we went to bed even!  (that was SO MEAN!!)  So I have always been sort of insecure about Christmas!!  (which explains why I used to be done with shopping by Oct lst--boy have I changed!!)

So sorry I haven't been able to post this week! My laptop has broken and i have lost my phone charger so not been able to get online. I have just been able to charge my phone using a friends charger. So quickly messaging now to keep you updated.

I have almost finished both crafts and have bought the other gift. So happy with them all! X  x x

I finally made some progress for my partner but haven't tackled the bigger thing like I planned over the weekend.  Good thing it's something I know how to do and we still have some time

I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of the supplies I received for a small, so I am abandoning it.  I am awaiting for a small supply replacement to make my last item, then I can package.  Then I sit and wait to send

I am so sorry to hear that!

I got the rest of my supplies to finish my small. I don't know why choosing a store-bought item is giving me so much difficulty....maybe because there are so many things to choose from and I don't know what I want to choose! I'll have to pick something!  Funny thing is, one of my crafted items looks so close to being store bought! But it's not! I promise!

I am hoping to learn a new skill this weekend with the help of my stepmom, just for this swap! But it's something I've wanted to learn for a long time, so I'll be using it a lot after that, too! Let's hope I'm good at it...
