something around a 4mm for me, but with gauges I often have to down size (especially when knitting), but it doesn't really bother me that much, thankfully Smiley

omg I have the same problem with things fitting. I have really small doll hands so gloves that fit me are way small for normal ladies, I try so hard to size them correctly but they either come out fitting me or way to big, I've gotten better over time but it's still a bit rough for me lol

my preferred hook size is 3.75, that needle has never let me down and I've had the same one for yeeeaaars which is amazing since I loose things so easily XP I also use my 3.25 fairly often but it's a bit small for most things I like to make, it works fabulously when I'm closing up the end of an amigurumi, if I use my .75 then the holes are way to big and the stuffing pokes through but when I use my .25 the stitches stay uniform and perfect <3~

Damn, NaNo really kept me from crafting... But I caught up yesterday, so everything is fine.
I just got back from a roller derby bout which was awesome. ^^ And I met someone who runs a derby shop and we talked about crocheted hats. In Germany there is a group of men who sells crocheted hats. And that guy I met had one of those and I said I could make them and then he asked if I could probably make some roller derby style hats. Yes, I could. ^^ So I really hope I get a chance to sell them, that would be great.

Back to topic. I will sit down and work on the rest of my swap items now so I can hopefully send them on Monday.

I really would have liked to have made more for my partner but since the deadline is on wednesday I'll just ship it off tomorrow. What I love about sending off crocheted stuff is I don't have to super bubble wrap anything since it's not breakable! Cheesy lol
