Banana, beware of the craft store... all of the ones I go to have a forcefield that enthralls all who enter. Wink

And IsikkahJai wasn't it you who said, things can be ANY medium?  Why kill yourself over painting?

HAHHA!! XD Agreed!

And....I wanna stretch myself to do something I haven't done in awhile. Sure I can do cross-stitch or Art quilt but I know how to do them already (and they take forever >.<) I wanted to do something I can practice more at ^^ Hence, killing myself over painting. BUT! They're small pieces, a set of four 5x7's. So it's not so tiresome Wink

I finished both of my pieces! Now I just have to get one person's extra (I have the other's, by a happy coincidence of seeing it when I wasn't thinking about it, and remembering to go back and pick it up before I checked out) and then I will ship both! ...Soon.

I'm still working away, but I really picked a slow moving project. Oh well, slow and steady wins the race.

Finished!  Grin  But actually gonna "live" with them for a few days before I ship.  Just to make sure they don't need anything else added or tweaked.

Pretty sure I am starting #2 this week. I have all the supplies and ideas, just need to do it!
I think I am going to send out Bunny1's this weekend too. Stuff tends to get hectic around the holidays and I would hate for it to get messed up or lost!  Tongue

Hello lovely swap people - just checking in and sending you warm waves from wet and rainy England!!

Been a tricky week this week - and I'm starting to think that doing swaps in the same month as nanowrimo was probably not my best idea - but not at the jumping out of the window stage yet.

I've still got a few bits to do on my first piece and then start on my second - and I'm heartened when I now see that final sendout isn't until Dec 3rd.  I hope I won't have to take it right to the wire - but it's nice to know I can be a little bit kind to myself, when I'm feeling rubbishy about having neglected crafting this week!!

I finished one of my partner's wall art.  I was pleased with it and hope she will be too.  I've started the 2nd but am waiting for more inspiration to hit Wink
