Received a wonderful box this afternoon from RaraAvis. DD took photos for me since my camera has died, but am having problems selecting the shots I want to post. My laptop wants to delete all the photos or post all the photos (including shots of my crafts for another swap that is still on-going). Should have the bugs worked out by tomorrow. In the meantime, the cute needlefelted owl RaraAvis made is sitting on the shelf behind my computer and peering over the top to see what the problem is. Think she's going to become my best buddy.

On another note: The Wishing Owl I made for RaraAvis is a Lynn Krawczyk design and is available for free from the Quilting Arts TV website, Series 800. The needlebook is  based upon a Mollie Johanson design found at wildolive.blogspot. com. I just added the Jack-o-lantern features.

I received my box of happy Halloween goodies from my partner BadWolf today, I just love this swap!  Up first...

The tiniest origami stars in Halloween paper, two haunted houses for my spooky neighborhood, Halloween print buttons and candy!


A handcrafted holiday mug rug, it's obvious a lot of handiwork went into this!  Thank you so much.
