Hi!

One of family friend was using a wooden beaded car seat cover that suddenly got teared off. They forwarded that huge bunch of beads for my crafty adventures.

I have been able to use only seven of them into a necklace by crocheting around with cotton thread.

Now, I am planning to make a complete set of curtain using wool on these beads.

What do you say about this idea?

I have post a tutorial at http://decoratingandcookingforchristmas.com/content/easy-diy-crochet-necklace

What do I say? I say that this is wonderful.  Love how you crocheted the beads, and the colour is so warm.  You've made a unique and lovely necklace here.   A curtain of beads like this would be fabulous, but a lot more work than I would have patience for.  Nancy

That's a lovely way to use those car seat beads.  Your crochet is very neat but I guess a whole curtain would be a very big project.
I had a whole lot of these beads once but couldn't think of anything to do with them so just gave them to my children to play with and they had a lot of fun with them when they were little.

Thank you for your encouraging comments. Mean while I am trying my hands on making a curtain tie back using some of these beads!

Thank you for your time!
