Being hung up for a church art display, and possibly a chance for more of these to be in a small winter art show the church sponsers.

And a close up of the label. I bought the teeny label frames from the scrapbook section, and had the librarian help me with word to print the message. Looks better than my older ones where I just wrote with a metallic pen on the frame itself. 'In Case of Airship Pirates, Break Glass.'

Plastic water pistols, sanded and painted, gear looking lock washers, fancy metal beads from cheap earrings, old electrical resistors, and painted a background  and put it all in a shadowbox. Used a little coffee on the label.

These are so cool! When I first read the label, I guess because you'd said the piece was being hung in a church, I thought it said, "In case of Worship Pirates, break glass!" I'm like, "What are Worship Pirates??"  Cheesy Hahahaha

I like these rayguns. They are a fun piece of art.
I assume the airship would be shielded in some way against the rays so there was no danger of puncturing your own airbag Wink

I love them.  Great job.  Hard to believe they were once plastic squirt guns...
