Here's a few of the bits and pieces I've been making for the past few weeks!

The lot!

The Stars!

The Hearts!

The Snowflakes!

They're crocheted around little rings i found at the haberdashery, i think they're something to do with curtains?! I'd been looking for something exactly like them to make earrings but as it's only a few weeks til Xmas I thought I'd better get started on the Xmas fun!

The thread is Anchor Artiste metallic by coatscrafts, I've finally got some green now as well Cheesy

The stars and hearts are about 3", the snowflakes are bigger as i needed to do 2 rounds at 4.5"
Each one seems to take about an hour to make  Undecided Which is ridiculous but never mind! They're pretty!

And I knocked this up today!

It looks quite small, but it's 5ft long! My height! ha!
Each heart takes about 20 minutes to make Smiley

Hope you've Enjoyed! C&C very welcome! x

Ooh, what are those rings crocheted onto? They are lovely! Size? What kind of yarn is that? Is it even yarn?

I like these. There is something really special about homemade ornaments.  How far in advance do you plan out what you are going to make, buy the supplies and actually make it?
