Topic: A new life for an old puzzle  (Read 1578 times)

I found a rather cute wooden puzzle at a charity shop and decided to give it a new life with a little bit of creativity and an awful lot of Mod Podge. This is the final result:

The original, as you can see, had good bones, but was a little dull.

And pretty beat up.

I drew a new image for the top, added some colour with watercolours, carefully traced around the pieces (the trickiest part), sanded off the old stickers, and Mod Podge'd the hell out of it.

Will the final product withstand the slobbery onslot of baby brambory? Only time will tell....
