I am nearly perishing in anticipation of seeing the first doll.....

Tomorrow..err, today, after I go to sleep a few hours it will be up! Sorry it is taking me so long. I took on this second full-time job and I feel like I spend about 2 minutes at home per day. But tomorrow I have an hour in between jobs so I am going to take some and post them then! It will be in the afternoon.

Yay, FINALLY a moment to post pictures! Susan sent me such a wonderful doll! As some of you may already know about me, I am an AVID Disney fan and my lifelong dream has been to work at Disneyland. Well, recently, (very recently actually) my lifelong dream came true and I got hired by the parks to do my dream job. It was everything I had ever wanted. But much to my dismay, my dream just wasn't meant to be this time around. It's a very long story, but in a nutshell, due to the insanely high cost of living in California and my husband and I coming from a place with a very low cost to live, we just weren't prepared for the move and had to come back home. It has been an incredibly hard ordeal for me to deal with and I still struggle with it on a daily basis.

Well, Susan had read my blog posts about it and made me a very special doll to represent all of this. It literally made me burst into tears when I opened the package because it hit home in such a special way. She really went the extra mile to not only make an awesome doll, but one that is near and dear to my heart and incredibly personal to me. I named her Lilly Belle, after the Disneyland railroad cart, which is named after Walt's wife, Lillian.

Without further ado, here she is!









She also sent me this awesome pendants and some socks in Halloween colors- my favorite!

Great job Susan! I love Lille Belle, she is very simple & sweet but so much personality. I just want to hug her.    She's so personal!
