You are welcome to fill out and send me your questionnaire but I won't approve anyone until tomorrow afternoon when I get home from work and have the time to fill out my spreadsheet and update your swap profiles. I will most likely do this around 5 pm-ish.

Please do not post anything in the list thread until you have received an approval PM from me.
