does anyone know how to make a wax seal?

i want to use the windhelm bear crest(pic above) for the seal on my wedding invitations but i have no idea how to go about making it. my wedding is mostly diy.geek and if i can do it myself i'd love to have it. so do any of you crafty ladies know how i can get started? any help will be greatly appreciated!

Since casting one from metal is probably out of the question, I'd recommend trying to carve the seal into a piece of soapstone. I've done it before and it works great, you just have to be careful with very thin lines and features as they might crumble out of the finished seal. But this one looks doable, depending on what size you're going for and whether you can get your hands on some decent sealing wax.

I found this on pinterest a while ago. You'd need woodburning stuff, but you can get that pretty easily.
