This is the first pair of boxer briefs I made for my 3yo after a self drafted pattern:

Front:

Back:

I somehow forgot to add hem allowance to the legs and they turned out a lot shorter than I intended but the fit is quite good and there are more to come.

Right now I'm working on a multisize pattern (size 2 to 5). Is anyone interested in testing it in one of those sizes?

What kind of fabric did you use/would you suggest. If I have the right fabric I will help you test, as long as I don't need to go buy anything.

I could test. My son is 3. He fits in a 2-4 T depending. I could test all of those sizes. Smiley

I used regular knit fabric. It worked ok but I guess interlock would  be a little better as it has more stretch. It's great to use up scraps.

Great! I'll post the hip measurements as soon as I have them converted to inches.

I hope to get the pattern ready over the weekend.

I would be interested in testing as well.  I have boys that can wear sizes 3,4,or 5.

If you would still like testers, my boys are older and would fit a 7 or 8.

Here are the hip measurements in inches and cm:

size 2:       21 1/2"         54,6 cm
size 3:       22 1/2"         57,2 cm
size 4:       23 1/2"         59,7 cm
size 5:       24 1/2"         62,2 cm

I've got size 2-4 almost ready and will turn the whole thing into a pdf as soon as I size it up to size 5.
PM me with your email address and the size you'd like to test.

Hopefully I'm going to send you the pattern next weekend.

If you would still like testers, my boys are older and would fit a 7 or 8.

I'd love to extend the size range but the measurement table I used ends with size 7. Other tables I have vary a lot from that one or don't provide all the measurements I need.
