I actually decided to refer to the crocodile stitch as the dragon stitch for my mom.  I made her this cuff bracelet for her birthday and she loooves dragons so it made sense to me!
This is the first time I've made anything with Crocodile stitch but I really like.  It has lots of texture to it.  Even in just a plain pearly white it was beautiful!

thanks for looking!
C&C always welcome!!

I like it. Is that stitch difficult?

Nope the stitch isn't too difficult at all.  It was a little weird to grasp at first but once you get 2 or 3 scales done it's pretty easy.

I think these would make some cool gifts for the holidays. Could I find this on you tube or a free pattern? I don't read them that well, and am not too brave. LOL

oh I'm sure you could find it on youtube.  I just googled "crocodile stitch" until I found a good explanation of it and winged the whole thing!
I did 3 rows of the scales because I liked that size and made the length long enough to go around my wrist and just sewed buttons on to attach.
