Hooded Dresses // Vintage Sheets

Started putting hoods on some of my dresses....just made these two out of some old sheets.  I'm sooo into the colors of the first striped one!  Think it's probably going to go straight into my closet, ha!  I didn't realize how EASY hoods are - I just found a pattern from an old 60's beach cover-up and lined it.  And what's better than a dress with a hood?  (well, a dress with pockets, but besides that!)

Those are really cute.   I like the little scoop back - I was expecting it to be solid, so it's a nice little surprise.  The second one reminds me of candy corn

They are both very cute. Those sheets are beautiful fabrics.  I love the pattern of the second one.

Would I be dating myself if I admitted that the second dress is made from the same design of sheets I used to own in the 70's? My parents let me paint that same design on my closet doors, so I had the cool room.

I think I like the dress version better.
