Healthy Seared Peaches and Oats

I've been trying to make my breakfasts a little more interesting without them taking ages to prepare. This one turned out really nice... I love peaches. I want to try with blueberries, apples, mixed berries...

Ingredients
1 peach, sliced
1½ tsp earth balance vegan butter
squirt of fresh lemon
¼ cup gluten free old fashioned oats (or regular oats)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk / soy / rice / hemp
cinnamon
1 tsp raisins
