Finally headed back home on Saturday.  I have missed playing with you guys!  Mom is recovering nicely and my sis and I feel comfortable leaving our folks on their own from this point.  I may help drive them to Gulf Shores when I the time comes. 

In other news, we finally sold our house!!  We close next Friday.  Its been on the market for 2 years, so I understand your pain, kayrun!  The statue is St. Joseph.  He didn't help us much, or maybe he did -- who knows!

Looking forward to getting back to my sewing machine!

Organizer Note!!

All right Shop the Swappers, we are coming to the end of the STS Winter Market.  As everyone knows, each swapper must be at 3 points to end the swap with a Positive.  This is what we have come up with to facilitate a happy ending for everyone

-All shops that are at 3 points will be closed for claims (both to and from) at NOON on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30.   Once all your outstanding claims are received your feedback will be closed out.  Please note that I will not start updating until Monday Dec 3.

-All shops that are over 3 points and under 3 points can remain open until NOON Friday December 7.  This will give people with extra points an opportunity to spend down to 3 as well as help people who are under 3 points make up to their 3.  

-For shops OVER 3 points, please only spend your points above 3.  You will not be taking claims only spending your excess points.  If you do not spend your points by noon on December 7, they will go into the inflation fund and be distributed to shops that may need them.

-For shops UNDER 3 points, you will only be accepting claims.  In the event that you get a claim that will put you above 3 points (for example you have 2 points and receive a 2 point claim that will give you 4 points total) you will need to ship out ASAP and spend the extra point in a low point shop before the close of the grace period on December 7.

I will post a list on Friday of closed shops, over 3 point shops and under 3 point shops.  Hopefully this will all work out

I just sent off a couple of packages, so this evening I'll be looking at the under 3 stores to spend a point!

i made a mistake in my totals, so after i send today, i will be 3 points down, not just the 1 that i thought. i will have time next week for large or small custom projects. i've also been putting some new things in my shop this week. my strength is in drawing, but i also do note cards, polyclay ornaments, perler bead ornaments, stictching and beading... pm me if you have something in mind, or would like a crafty surprise!

Sansa, that cowl is gorgeous.  I was just thinking about you the other day.  I found this at Target yesterday and immediately thought of you!  Needless to say I bought several packages.  YUM!!  Apparently Pepperidge Farms got the Tim Tams people to license it to them!

ah...tim tams.  there was always a package or two of those in our house when we were kids...my sis loves them!  i need to tell her about them

we have a little less than 2 days left before the swap closes and so far, we've had well over 200 claims for the winter market!  that's a lotta shopping!

This can get really confusing if one is not organized, luckily that is why we have lovely organizers! I guess I had forgotten to list a claim made from me in my shop so I also have a point to spend! Thanks again loves2experement and alteredmommy!
