Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm going out of town tomorrow but will leave my shop open since I'll be back within a couple days. Here's my absurd Black Friday Deal, which will continue through Sunday: For one point, take as many half-point and freebie items from my shop as you want! That means you could get 9 different things stuffed into a big Flat Rate box, and if it's already going into a Flat Rate box I will probably find more things to send along, too!

Happy belated Thanksgiving everyone!!  We had a wonderful time at the gathering at my sis' yesterday.  Lana had lots of fun playing with her cousins!  And my sis sent us home with a ton of leftovers so we can have another little celebration tonight!

the sales look so good! but as i have no points to spend, i'm having a sale of my own.
 
With any one point spent, i'm including a free points worth of 4- notecards, bookmarks, or atc cards your choice of style and combination.

we were incharge of bringing desserts to my inlaws, and as my kids couldn't agree, we ended up with pumpkin pie, peanut butter cheese cake, and a black forest cake...for 8 people. tasty, but we ended up bringing most of it home. i also sat in a hard chair too long and when i went to stand up, my leg had fallen asleep and i fell twisting my ankle.
so black friday will be spent shopping online, and eating leftover  :odesserts.

on a crafty note, I'm trying to crank out some red newborn hats for a charity
group I"m on -- they're for a hospital to give to put on babes born in Dec. so they'll keep
warm on the way home~

I'm adding two hoops to my shop. Both are 1 point each.

 

For the deer hoop, the back is not completely finished yet, so I can still add some embroidered words or a name if you would like.

If both of these don't go, I'm planning on embroidering a lovely curse word onto each one and giving them to my friend for her new apartment.

eta: How could I forget!? I also added to my shop the option for a crafty surprise made just for you! With tapestrymlp's permission, I stole the idea so that everyone has the opportunity to claim it for another week!

bright spot in my day today! my tree of life necklace from under the mountain came! i just love it. the silver has a sparkle that doesn't come across in a photo. my intention in doing this swap was for christmas gifts, but i've found some really great things for me!
