I'm inspired to make aprons. It started with some old linen napkins purchased at a tag sale. Ideas bumped around in my brain and aprons sparked!

Easy to make, fun to wear. I enjoy wearing these as I bake! They make great gifts, I tuck a recipe in the pocket.

Ideas: Linen and cotton napkins. Curtains and valances from Christmas Tree Shop, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, or similar. Seasonal fabrics. Old men's shirts, the back should be large enough and pockets can be repositioned, use sleeves or the front for ties. Use wide ribbon for ties.

Have fun!

Love the idea of gifting w/a recipe in the pocket. Great rooster print. I've also used sheets for aprons, plenty of fabric.
