Seeking a Sweater Dress Pattern

I've been crocheting for a long time, but I always seem to have trouble finding patterns that I really like. I would currently love to make myself a cowl-necked sweater dress for the upcoming holiday season, but, of course, there aren't any patterns that I can find. Would anyone happen to know where I can find a decent sweater dress pattern? I'm nervous about the idea of trying to draft it myself, but I will if I must.

How about Lion Brand's Side to Side Cowl Neck Sweater, extended so that the garment is a dress instead of a top? Lion Brand requires registration to access its patterns, but the patterns are free.
