I believe for that card, I used a lot of different things... Starting with my favorite: a micron pen! Then, prisms color markers, and some belly roll pens... Don't remember what set... I think "moonlight."  The light blue swirls are my newest experiment, gelly roll Soufflé pens. They're pretty fun!

Oooo I have some of those souffle pens!  They are seriously fun!  If you like those, you should try the glaze pens.  They are really cool!

Thanks, virnsky!  The bottom layer is cheesecloth with a couple coatings of gesso.  I then used distressing inks on top.  It was a really fun way to give texture!  I used paint dabbers along the edge and paint pens for the dots.
