My list for the week (I already mentioned a bit above)~
Tonight or tomorrow I'm making this. I like to make one meat based dish at the beginning of the week to eat on during the week for lunches and other times I need a quick meal
Slow Cooker Swiss SteakFor prep, I need to take the round steak I have in the freezer out. I already bought some canned tomatoes, which was the only ingredient I needed to buy. Yay for using up pantry stuff!
Mon--leftover rotisserie chicken
Tues--Swiss Steak (see above)
Wed--
Cauli Pizza Bites (already prepped cauli rice, have the rest of ingredients on hand)
Thurs--Bday Party for neph (ie, salad at Chuck E Cheese)
Fri--Chicken Curry (already prepped cauli rice, need to batch cook some brown rice for mom, already bought curry paste and coconut milk, will need to defrost chicken breasts)
Sat--Leftovers
Sun--Eating out
I went grocery shopping today, so my list for next week is pretty short so far~
Cauliflower (2)
Tuna fish (4-6)
Later in the week I'll start deciding what I want to work on this weekend for freezer meals and start planning out next week. I also think I want to take an inventory of what I currently have in the freezer.
