A Scrapghan, an Acorn, A Beach Bag, A slouch Hat, and a poncho

So I thought I would try out the new image uploader today and upload some of the crocheted items I've made recently! I never think to upload any of them, and I don't know why, so here they are!
First here is a scrapghan I made about a year ago, and never uploaded.. this was a fun evening project just using up those last bits of yarn that lived in my stash for a million years.. 

 


A Beach bag I made when we first moved to California in April, I can actually fit snacks, water, 3 beach towels, beach buckets/shovels, my purse, a jacket, a change of clothes for my daughter, and a few other things in here, and the sand shakes out very easy!
 

This poncho I actually made sometime last year, and just never got around to uploading it, it is so comfy, and I am always in it in my house, and just recently started wearing it outside the house!



I made this acorn the other weekend for my writer's club, something for us to keep our topics in for us to shake about. I tried following a pattern for this one, but lost patience with it because it was waaaayyy too wobbly! I am going to make another acorn to my own pattern and write that down one of these days!


And finally I made this hat the other night, love it! And I love the yarn!

You sound like me! I didn't post last year's Christmas gifts I made (and I made a lot!) till around Feb or Mar!!

Aw, so much snuggly crochet in your life
Hm, a crochet beachbag... what a great idea! Airholes for wet swimsuits and towels! Plus easy washing. I think I need one, too!
