so i'm getting much better at knitting ...but just realized that it's waaay easier to size a doll rather than a human. made an AG sweater for my niece's beloved Samantha and it turned out the best of any project i've done so far. i even learned how to do a picot bind off on the cuffs and waistband and now want to try it on a real sweater. Grin i can find the pattern if anyone's interested. it was one-piece (not in the round) then sewn up. if i can do it, it's easy

It looks great!! Knitting for dolls is a fabulous way to practice for human sized sweaters. Plus they are fun because they come together so quickly Smiley. Looks like you made your niece very happy!! Awesome.
