hello again my lovely craftster family
here are a few of my most recent projects
(as well as a chance to try out the new photo thingy)
first up an order for a newborn baby boy
natural cotton and furry fabric, hand detailing with the embroidery

what do you think of him?

after that we have Zalzafraz: he is my house Goblin and protector of the inner realm.
my baby brother made me the bow and arrow and the sling for them as well.
he is started on the machine but then i did everything else by hand. i tried to make him pants as well but he refused saying goblins were above pants
so here he is in all his glory
and training  the house buffalo so he does not have to walk amongst the peasant cats

POSSIBLE TRIGGER WarNING
and finally two dolls that i've made as well, i've got people asking me to make some for sale as well. but these ones are more along the line of therapy dolls, the blonde i sent to a good friend of mine and the brown haired one is for me.
for mine her name is Mariposa. a therapy doll in a way is an outside image of yourself. things have been tough for me so instead of doing anything 'negative' and self harming i try and work it out with my doll, or make something for her. at first i was thinking of using her as a cutter doll, but once i had finished i thought that she was too pretty to hurt, and then i started to cry seeing as i had made her in likeness of myself... sorry if thats too much info. anyways. let me know what you think of my new work, and if you've made it reading to the end thanks, love and sunshine Jenny

"peasant cats" adorable.

And isn't it funny how when we make something that reminds us of ourselves and then find it too pretty or cute or [insert positive adjective] and then we realize "Hey, that might describe me, too." Good for you not making her a self harm* doll. Maybe she will help you realize you are too pretty to hurt as well.
*If I took the wrong meaning out of that I'm sorry.

peasant cats lol that's good. Although my cat thinks he's king of the world.....right up till he falls over the snakes cage cause he's rolled to far.....

I love the idea of the dolls, an external reminder that we are all beautiful and can handle more than we give ourselves credit for.
