this would be fun for that slump after christmas.i've been doing artist trading cards at about this size and it's a fun way to challenge yourself without a big commitment.
i also just did a minibook of playing cards for the breaking dawn swap with quotes from the books. i punch a hole in the upper left, and lower left corners, and put the cards on metal rings i bought in the school supply section so you can flip through it easilly, or fold it open to the page you wanted.

a 1" ring held and entire deck of cards. i only finished the hearts, but the person i gave it to can add to the quotes. the more i did the more fun i had with it. i don't have a picture, but the queen of hearts has bellas face. since i was making a book, i decorated the facing page instead of the back of the card but i think it could still work for this

Yeah - glad that theres still interest - and sure, I can do sign ups for between Christmas and New Year.

I've got a couple of swaps to finish up, then I'll work on the particulars.

This one sounds like a fun one to get my feet wet in swapping and journalling.

This sounds like a really great idea! I haven't really gotten in to art journaling or otherwise but I'd like to write more than I do and have lots of paper supplies. Prompts would probably really help with this!

ok folks - I'm all finished with my swaps for this year, so I'm gonna get started on this one.

I think I will do groups of up to 5 people, sending 2 cards to each person (thats 8 cards for each of us to send out and receive) with people being allowed to join up to 3 groups (24 card commitment)

I will take a couple of days to sort out complete details for swap than post with sign-ups until New Year and send out mid Jan. As this will be a stalking free swap it should be easy to crack on with before partners assigned Smiley

I may well be looking for a co-org, anyone interested?

I could probably co-org with you. It's been awhile since I've organized but I wouldn't think this one would be too bad.

Let me know if you still need someone.
