RRR Challenge 1 - Union Jack Wall Art

Soooo, this was made for a local reused Art contest recently. I found a bag of Medal ribbons at my fave thrift store a while ago and had a series on my blog of projects crafting with them. This I made last with all the little leftover bits from my other larger projects. I know medal ribbons aren't your usual craft supplies, but I love to make projects from recycled items so this is my kind of leftover supplies.

Anywho, I started off wanting to make a scrappy star but then hubby said it looked like a Union Jack so I squared it off with a few more pieces and framed it.

Aww thanks Ladies, and yes Cindy you saw my first medal ribbon crafts when we had tea and Flapjacks.
