Hi guys,

I'm going to make a garland for a crafty friend for christmas. But what is a good length?

I like to drape them over my bookshelves or door frames. So I like longer ones.

But if you were to make a garland how long you would make it.

I can't ask this friend as it is a secret santa within my craft group

I guess it depends on where you think she'd put it and is it meant to go across a whole room or just be a centerpiece type thing. I'd measure a spot where it might go and add several feet to allow for draping.
