Another baby quilt I made this summer, for a friend expecting her second child. I made the big sister a matching bag but forgot to take a picture of it, unfortunately.

The background for this quilt I made using a jelly roll I had on hand - I just stitched the strips together, cut them in new strips vertically, and restitched. The idea for the owls I got from another quilt I'd seen online.

I love the applique on top of the pieces blocks, gives it so much visual interest!
