I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to make two Gir hats recently. The first was a Robot Gir Hat and I finally completed this Doggy Gir Hat. I used Red Heart Super Saver Yarn for the whole hat, with the exception of the nose, black part of the eye, and tongue, which are felt. The ears are double sided, so they stand up on their own, but when you walk they will kind of wobble, which I think is cute. I also stuffed the eyes so that they would look 3D. I thought that added some extra character to the hat. The first picture is of my daughter wearing the hat. I couldn't get a normal face out of her, but I think it kind of works for the Gir Hat. That last two aren't much different from each other, just slightly different angles. Enjoy!!
